Interim Commercial Legal Counsel

Our client is a global company that provides thousands of vitally important products and services with leading brands in many high-growth industries,

Due to a major global project we are looking for an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel.

You will be part of an international project team with legal counsel from different countries. You will be responsible for all negotiations regarding agreements with English/Irish third parties, like sales agents, distributors and sub contractors. Our client expects you to be firm, commercially oriented without losing sight of legal risks and expects you to be able to establish relationships with the business.

Profiel

fully-qualified interim-lawyer trained in common law in the UK or Ireland

good negotiation skills and fluent in English

excellent communication skill

Propositie

starting as soon as possible, 3-5 days a week, at least to the end of the year

a challenging position within a leading global company for a common law trained Legal Counsel

you will travel to the UK and Ireland for a couple of days once or twice during the project
