Our client is an international company with its headquarters in Amsterdam. From the Amsterdam head quarters, legal and managerial support is rendered to the worldwide group. To temporarily strengthen the legal team, we are looking for an interim deputy company secretary.
In this interim role, you will primarily be responsible for the UK companies in the Group. You will ensure that there is compliance with statutory and regulatory laws and with relevant corporate governance framework. You will work closely with the group's Company Secretary based in Amsterdam. You will attend relevant UK board meetings.

Profiel

  • self-starter with company secretarial experience
  • UK or Common law experience is a preference, but not a prerequisite
  • enthusiastic, pro-active, teamplayer
  • able to work independently
  • experience with working closely to the management boar

    Vanaf 1995 tot 2000 als belastingadviseur actief geweest bij een van de vier grote belastingadvieskantoren in Amsterdam en Parijs. In 2000 heeft Koen de overstap gemaakt naar het internationale bedrijfsleven en is hij werkzaam geweest als International Tax Manager bij achtereenvolgens VNU en TNT. Daar lag zijn focus op de grensoverschrijdende vennootschapsbelasting en M&A-transacties. Sinds december 2006 werkzaam bij Legal People als adviseur executive search.
