International Tax Manager

As part of the Enterprise workforce the global tax team plays a key role in helping the company manage and develop its business and turn challenges into opportunities.

For the strategic tax planning team located in Amsterdam we are looking for an International Tax Manager.

You will be part of a team of 6 tax professionals providing strategic global tax planning advice on the company’s cross-border operations. You will be involved in the design, development and implementation of tax efficient strategies and risk management of Accenture's holding, finance and IP activities. You will advise on tax aspects of recapitalizations, setting up new (special purpose) entities and transactions, predominantly within Europe. It will require you to establish and foster relationships with a wide range of other teams within the company and with external advisors. Frequent travel to various locations around Europe will be part of your role.

Profiel

6-8 years working experience as a tax advisor and/or as an in-house tax counsel

thorough knowledge of corporate tax and application of tax treaties

experience with design and implementation of tax structuring

understanding of the link between tax planning and US GAAP reporting requirements

excellent project management and organizational skills

fluent in English
