For law firms and legal and/or compliance departments.

Team evaluations aim to optimize team performance by ensuring that the right person is in the right place, working with high energy.

How does it work?

  • The starting point is to discover each individual’s natural strengths by completing the PACT measurement. This is a unique online evaluation tool that provides insights into both individual and ultimately team strengths.
  • Next, the individual results of the measurement are discussed with individual team members. Additionally, discussions take place regarding the role each team member plays within the team and the challenges associated with it.
  • After all team members have been spoken to individually, a plenary session is held. During this plenary meeting, an overall picture of the team’s performance is presented, and the compiled and anonymized PACT results at the team level are shown. The team is invited to reflect on these results.
  • In conclusion, recommendations are made on how the team can function optimally.
  • After an agreed period, we will contact you to discuss how the team evaluation has contributed to improved team performance. We also advise on possible follow-up actions.

In some cases, all team members complete the PACT measurement, followed by a plenary session. Individual explanations then take place afterwards.
