Purpose of PACT Measurement

That’s why, in collaboration with HartKantoor, we developed the PACT measurement, an assessment specifically designed for legal professionals. This combination of unique measurement and structured interview leads to more valid conclusions about how well the background and ambitions of candidates match specific job vacancies. It provides insights into both the qualities and the development potential of candidates, what energizes them, and what drains their energy, offering more certainty regarding the choice of the right candidate.

Moreover, an employer already has insight into the qualities of current team members and can consider which candidate will bring the most complementary energy when making a hiring decision.

Development Potential

From the candidate’s perspective, the PACT measurement is particularly interesting. It’s a short online assessment (max 20 minutes) funded by Legal People. Apart from discovering where your talents lie and assessing whether you are optimizing them to generate and harness your energy, the PACT measurement also reveals what specifically costs you energy and where your development potential lies. Thus, it’s not only a measuring tool in the search procedure but also a valuable insight into yourself to determine where you stand and where you want to go.
