In this role, you are the specialist for all matters regarding trade sanctions and export controls within the Risk & Compliance department of Tata Steel Nederland. You act as a strategic advisor and proactive business partner, translating complex laws and regulations into clear and actionable guidance, and providing training and information to relevant colleagues. You also liaise extensively with various internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues abroad and regulators. In addition, you proactively initiate improvements in the compliance risk management cycle and support decision-making related to trade with specific countries.
Profiel
- at least 7-10 years of relevant compliance work experience
- familiarity with trade sanctions and/or export controls
- experience in a production environment is an advantage
- good command of (at least) English
- team player, strong in influencing multinational stakeholders both within and outside the company
