In this newly created role, you support Alfen’s strategic growth in large-scale energy storage projects. You are involved in multidisciplinary projects and the complex contracts behind them, leading negotiations and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, while advising on the strategic questions that come with them (such as grid congestion). Working closely with the General Counsel, you act as a sparring partner to less experienced colleagues and help shape the role going forward.
Profiel
- relevant experience as a lawyer, in private practice or in-house
- strong foundation in complex commercial or project contracts
- affinity with the energy, infrastructure or technology sector
- comfortable operating in a regulated and dynamic environment
- pragmatic and curious, entrepreneurial minded
