Manager Complex Compliance Investigations – ad interim
challenging role with impact in a demanding environment

In this influential role, you are responsible for managing the portfolio of complex compliance investigations. You interact easily both on C-level and with people working in primary processes and you have a keen eye on stakeholder management. You manage and coach direct colleagues as well as external service suppliers and you experience no challenges when switching back and forth between high level overview and technical details.

Profiel

  • 15+ years’ of relevant experience in complex compliance investigations
  • good command of (at least) English, however also understanding the Dutch context
  • able to handle a broad variety of sensitive topics in a professional and resilient way
  • an eye for process improvement and scalability
  • a supportive and hands-on leadership style, acting with agility and authority on all levels
