strategic sparring partner to MD and Management
As a trusted adviser, you are responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s international commercial activities and play an active role in supporting its continued growth. You work closely with the sales team to draft, review and negotiate international commercial agreements. You also provide pragmatic legal advice on contractual matters and engage external counsel where specialist expertise is required. Furthermore, you professionalise contract management, maintain the contract database and oversee contract renewals.
Profiel
- a business partner and trusted advisor with a pragmatic approach
- experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, such as licensing, distribution, supply, agency, service, development and collaboration agreements
- combines legal expertise with commercial insight and clearly identifies risks and opportunities
- fluent in English, conversational Dutch is preferred
