Senior Compliance Officer
at a leading pan-European land defense group

You will play a key role in further developing and structuring the Group compliance framework at holding level to enhance transparency, coherence and oversight for the Board and the Audit and Compliance Committee. You will actively connect with the established compliance teams in France and Germany, aligning existing practices, identifying gaps and translating operational realities into clear group-level policies, reporting and insights. In doing so, you will contribute to a strong and trusted compliance dialogue across the Group.
Profiel
- around 10 years of professional experience
- in a compliance, risk, legal and/or regulatory role
- experience with group-level compliance frameworks, policies and reporting
- preferably experience in an international, industrial, regulated environment
- experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry is a plus
- fluent in English, possibly French or German
