Chief Compliance Officer
You will have global final responsibility for trade related compliance within the company.The Chief Compliance Officer is a senior manager in the company and is fully empowered to drive the compliance agenda and exercise independent judgment throughout the organization.You will work closely with the board members as well as the legal department.The CCO has a direct line to the Audit committee and reports to the General Counsel in Amsterdam.You will have a local Senior Lawyer available for assistance.
Profielseasoned professional with an academic background broad experience with compliance, possibly in combination with experience as a lawyer, in-house counsel and/or in management (international) compliance experience for example with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fraud, anti-trust, trade sanctions, privacy, ERM and/or codes of conducts mature personality, calm, empathic and a role model in terms of personal credibility and integrity fluent in English. French and/or Portuguese is an advantage, Dutch is not specifically required
