As corporate counsel you will provide legal support in the field of broad corporate law, company law in particular.You will be responsible for maintaining the worldwide corporate structure of Schoeller Allibert. Also, you will be engaged in drafting and reviewing of corporate documents and related contracts.You will work closely together with the general counsel and colleagues from other disciplines.
Profiel 3-5 years of working experience as a legal professional gained at a law firm, possibly in combination with a role as in-house legal counsel thorough knowledge of corporate law, company law (Book 2 DCC) in particular experience with banking or financing aspects and compliance is nice to have accurate, structured, organized team player, good social skills,‘getting things done’-attitude good command of the Dutch and English language, both in word and in writing
