MT role within a dynamic and international FMCG organization
You lead and inspire a small team and as a member of the management team, you will be involved in strategic topics concerning L’Oréal go to market activities and manufacturing facilities in the Benelux area. Together with your team, you will provide legal support to the 4 divisions on a diverse spectrum of legal matters. Apart from general corporate issues, this includes competition law and CSR, selective distribution, consumer and advertising laws, data privacy and litigation. You also draft, review and negotiate about commercial contracts.
Profiel
- qualified Dutch lawyer or in-house counsel, with 10+ years of experience
- ideally experience with FMCG/B2C companies
- generalist with some relevant experience in competition law, commercial, and/or consumer law
- pragmatic and culturally aware, effective communicator
- fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
