Legal Business Advisor
broad corporate and commercial role in an international environment
As a Legal Business Advisor you will play an important role in the further growth of the company. You will advise international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters such as contracts, (M&A) transactions, corporate governance, IP, investments and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. When necessary, you will engage external counsel. An important part of your work is maintaining and expanding the relations with the company's international network such as clients, advisors and/or banks. You will report to the Director Legal and will travel occasionally

Profiel

  • Master’s degree in Dutch law (corporate, notarial or tax law)
  • at least 5 years work experience in an internationally oriented company, bank or law firm
  • sound knowledge of Dutch corporate and contract law
  • accurate team player who takes initiative and is able to build strong relationships
  • fluent in Dutch and English, Spanish is a plus
