Remuneration Regulations Specialist
In this role you are responsible for keeping track of trends and developments concerning legislation and regulations on remuneration policy. You will support the team in the translation of relevant legislation into the remuneration policy within ING. You will be involved in the translation of CRD IV, the EBA Guidelines Act, the remuneration policies of financial undertakings and the Banking Code into applicable policies. In addition you will be responsible for identified staff selection and processes, and you will contribute in drafting external reports, for instance the annual report and information for the supervisory authorities. Moreover, you will organize workshops, trainings and meetings to create awareness for the remuneration policies within the organization. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines around the world.
Profielmaster in law and with 3 years working experience preferably as a lawyer or in the financial sector knowledge of financial regulatory law is an advantage hands-on, responsible and with a proactive approach fluent in English and preferably Dutch
