In this broad Senior Legal Counsel role you, as member of the legal department, independently manage M&A projects and liaise with external counsel when necessary. Your tasks include drafting and negotiating international commercial (technology) contracts and R&D collaborations. Furthermore, you provide broad legal support to the internal organization and closely collaborate with various stakeholders such as the management team of relevant business units, corporate staff and Executive Committee members.
Profile
- Dutch law degree and at least 12 years of work experience
- gained as a lawyer and/or inhouse legal counsel
- experience with corporate/M&A and international commercial contracts, sound negotiator
- able to work independently and manage outside counsel
- fluent in Dutch and English
