Senior Legal Counsel
As Senior Legal Counsel you provide two industry segments of Royal Reesink with legal support on a broad range of legal matters with a focus on international contract law. Furthermore, you advise on corporate law, litigation, terms and conditions, project management and you manage external counsel. You contribute to creating legal awareness within the organization and will also provide legal support to the company’s headquarters.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Dutch law
- approximately 8-10 years of experience at a law firm or as inhouse legal counsel
- knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate law
- strong communication skills and business-oriented approach
- fluent in Dutch and English
